We understand the importance of creating and achieving a work/life balance. As such, our associates can adjust their work schedule to suit their individual needs by taking advantage of our Flextime Policy. We also offer an enhanced Sick Leave Policy which provides our associates with income security in circumstances where they must provide for the needs of an ill or injured family member.

Community Involvement.
BMW Group Canada strongly believes in supporting our community and giving back. As such, each year our goal is for every associate to volunteer one day of their time to a local charity or community event. Additionally our associates contribute directly to the York Region community though our BMW Employee Fund which is a permanent endowment created by our associates. Annually we organize fundraising activities to support the fund and provide grants addressing community needs.

We have several social activities throughout the year which include sports teams, cultural events, holiday parties and summer events.

This plan is designed to offer our associates the chance to personally experience the quality and the excitement of driving a BMW, MINI or Motorcycle at a discounted purchase or lease price.
